I'm Joe Rowley, founder of JAR Strategies Ltd - a management consultancy specialising in electric vehicle charging infrastructure and smart mobility. I help companies navigate the complexity of the EV charging market, whether they're entering for the first time or scaling existing operations across multiple markets.

My Background

Prior to founding JAR Strategies, I was EV Director at Flowbird/YourParkingSpace (part of EasyPark Group, now Arrive), where I led EV strategy and commercial operations across UK, Ireland and Nordics.

Before that, I held senior commercial roles at Swarco Smart Charging (now Evolt), EO Charging, and Rexel UK - building go-to-market strategies, scaling distribution channels, and developing new market categories in the EV charging sector.

This breadth of experience across hardware, software, operations, and multiple markets enables me to provide advice grounded in practical understanding of what actually works in the EV charging industry.
